Job Description
1) Handling HD CCTV Camera and Repairs. 2) Laptop, printers and network trouble shooting and installing required softwares, drivers and OS. 3) Resolving IT support requests from employees (Based on ticketing system). 4) Have to raise the ticket for internet service provider if stores internet is not working (Based on internet service provider). 5) Required to plan internet and CCTV cable routing work. Applications installations and configurations like Email(Thunderbird), Zoom..etc
