Responds to issues reported through the Help Desk Understand and learn the system for responding to internal queries Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Troubleshoots the reported issues

BE - Computer Major, BTech, MCA 0 to 3 years of experience Excellent communication Ability to solve practical problems in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret various instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Must speak, read, write, and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace. The primary language is English.
