Key Responsibilities

Software Developer at 4W holds a crucial role in timely fulfillment of internal and world-wide clients software needs and in ensuring on-going business satisfaction. Hence, you become part of a team and understand the flow of support projects; create, modify, resolve technical issues and develop software based on requirements. You will enter a path of agile learning and contribute your very potential along with skilled team members for the progress and advancement of the company and its needs. You will not be let alone during the process of your continuous learning as you will be guided by proficient team leaders and colleagues. And, besides your client meetings, you will have individual review meetings as an important part of your learning process.

Skill & Experience

Year of passing : 2021, 2022 and 2023 passed outs with Computer Science Backgrounds are preferred. If any candidates before 2021 passed outs are willing to attend the interview - Either the candidates should have proper experience or proper justification for the gap should be explained by the candidates Flexible Work Hours - You can choose your work time! Also, you should be flexible to ad hoc meetings and may need to provide support from home, based on project necessities and work additional works depending upon client time zones. You can walk-in to our office at Ekkatuthangal - Monday to Friday 10am - 5pm.Candidates should have a live project to show the DEMO , without the project candidates are not allowed to attend the interview
