Job Description

The System/ Infrastructure Administrator is responsible for the design, planning, implementation, maintenance, and support of an organization's IT infrastructure, ensuring the reliability and availability of critical systems and services.

Key Responsibilities

A bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Information Technology, Computer Science) or equivalent work experience. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in system and network administration. Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of operating systems (e.g., Windows, Linux) on servers and workstations. Perform routine system updates, patches, and backups. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot hardware and software issues. Troubleshoot network connectivity and performance issues. Provide technical support to end-users, resolving hardware and software problems. Assist in the setup and maintenance of user accounts and permissions. Proficiency in server and network administration. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
