Looking for Company Secretary Intern/Trainee: Experience : Fresher/1-2 years Qualification : Intermediate Computer Secretary couse pass Skills : Companies Act,2013 filing and compliances SEBI and listing companies.

Key Responsibilities

Organising, preparing agendas for and taking minutes of board meetings and general meetings Co-ordinate and implement timely corporate compliance for all Group companies (including the updating of statutory registers and annual compliance) Monitoring changes in relevant legislation and the regulatory environment and taking appropriate action. Compliances and liaising with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Registrar of Companies, the Reserve Bank of India, Securities and Exchange Board of India, and other statutory authorities. Developing and overseeing the systems that ensure the company complies with all applicable codes, in addition to its legal and statutory requirements. Implementing of Corporate Governance processes
