Answer phone to respond to customer inquires about Anti virus products & any technical troubleshooting with regard to the client product for PC & Mobile._x000D_ Assist customers with installation / Uninstallation of anti virus products_x000D_ Assist customers with product configuration, error messages & / or common issues_x000D_ Project a professional company image through phone & email chat interaction_x000D_ Provide customers with product and service information_x000D_ Provide assistance with regarding to customer service issues as well like (Renewing / refunding the product etc..,)_x000D_ Transfer customer calls to appropriate department if required_x000D_ Escalate the call to the next level if required
