At least 1 year of experience doing HiTrust readiness and audits with a consulting company or a large company._x000D_ _x000D_ _x000D_ Good understanding of IT and HR systems or at-least acumen to be trained._x000D_ _x000D_ _x000D_ Working with senior management and other stakeholders to ensure that the organizations security practices align with its business objectives and priorities
