What youll be doing A Junior Support engineer will analyse and resolve the product specific issues for the customer in an accurate and timely manner, Will be responsible for coordinating with the internal teams in providing response to the customer. Required to work in shifts. What we need from you Bachelor of Engineering Degree (Must Have) Flexible & open to work in any shift (Must Have) Respond to customer issues with resolution via email Ensure proper recording and closure of all issues Document knowledge in the form of knowledge base articles Must be able to follow and execute instructions specified in user guides & run book Provide prompt and accurate solution to customer Basic understanding of SQL & Java Sound problem-solving and decision-making skills Excellent written and Verbal Communication skill Be service-oriented and customer-focused
