Role and responsibilities General Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on all Apple devices in the inventory. Troubleshooting and Diagnostics: Identify and address issues through effective troubleshooting and diagnostics of Apple devices. Periodic Diagnoses: Conduct periodic diagnoses to preemptively identify potential problems with Apple devices. Internal Cleaning: Regularly perform internal cleaning on Apple devices to prevent heating issues and hardware failures. Networking Devices: Maintain and provide basic support for all networking devices.
