Good knowledge in End-to-end Engineering / vehicle BOM and change management - Release, Validation, Maintenance, Structure for New Model Launches, Bundle changes Current Models Knowledge in Part Ordering, procurement, Supplier follow up, Logistics co-ordination, risk assessment, contingency handling and forecasting risks with analytical ability Skillful in Coding Vehicle configuration inline with Market Engineering offering, Regulatory, Warranty to support Engineering Release, Sales Ordering to all Manufacturing downstream applications - Vehicle ordering inline with Engineering requirement Knowledge on Obsolete part identification, Salvage and Scrap disposal and Managing supplier OBSO claims by physical validation against agreed norms Driving complexity reduction for new and current programs - Build configurations and at Part level using plant tipping points
