Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Operations Executive to play a crucial role in supporting educational institutions to implement our nutritious food projects successfully. This role involves close collaboration with educational authorities, providing them with the necessary training on food preparation and safety, ensuring adherence to our nutrition guidelines, and maintaining high standards of food quality. The Operations Executive will act as the primary liaison between our company and the participating institutions, ensuring smooth operation and implementation of our nutrition projects.

Key Responsibilities

*Conduct training sessions for educational authorities on preparing and serving nutritious meals to children according to our specified guidelines. *Perform regular visits and checks with educational institutions to ensure compliance with nutrition standards and guidelines. *Serve as the main point of contact for coordinators at educational institutions involved in the nutrition projects. *Manage and follow up on payments and financial transactions related to the project. *Organize and deliver periodic training sessions to keep institutional staff updated on best practices in nutrition and food safety. *Travel to various educational institutions to oversee the availability of food products if not deliver the same to the institutions. *Act as the face of our company, representing our values and mission in every interaction with project stakeholders. *Additionally, there's an opportunity to engage in the sales of our nutrition projects to new clients. Successful sales efforts will be rewarded with extra perks and commissions, providing a significant incentive for proactive engagement and expansion of our impact.
