Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an Information Technology Sales Manager at Giggso in Chennai. The Sales Manager will be responsible for IT sales, lead generation, account management, and sales activities to drive business growth and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the IT industry, focusing on organizations that can benefit from Giggso's AI/ML platform. Sales Activities: Drive the full sales cycle, including prospecting, qualifying, negotiating, and closing deals. Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. Client Relationships: Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations to drive business growth and secure long-term contracts. Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to position Giggso effectively in the marketplace. Collaboration: Work closely with the technical and marketing teams to align sales strategies with product offerings and ensure client satisfaction. Reporting: Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts.

Skill & Experience

Experience in Information Technology sales Especially in Cloud marketplace Strong communication and negotiation skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Knowledge of AI and ML technologies is a plus Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
